Who we are

Ember Education is a tuition centre in Singapore offering A Level H2 Chemistry and H2 Mathematics classes. You can reach us on WhatsApp or by phone at 8864 0447.

What we collect

When you book a trial class or enrol through our website, we ask for:

• the student's name, school and year of study
• a contact number
• optionally, who referred you and any notes you choose to add

We do not collect payment details through this website.

How we use it

We use these details to respond to your enquiry, confirm your trial class or enrolment over WhatsApp or phone, and administer classes. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except as described below.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in Google Forms and Google Sheets accessible only to Ember Education staff.

Advertising measurement

We use Google Ads to reach students, and Google's measurement tags run on this site. When you submit a booking or enrolment form, the contact number you provide is shared with Google in hashed (irreversibly encoded) form, solely so Google can measure which of our adverts led to genuine sign-ups. Google's tags may also set cookies for this purpose.

Website and video delivery

Cloudflare helps us deliver and protect this website. We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode to provide our embedded promotional video. When the video player loads, YouTube and Google receive the technical requests needed to provide it, such as your IP address, browser information and playback activity. We do not use the video player to collect your name or contact details.

Retention and your rights

We keep enquiry details only for as long as they are relevant to your enquiry or enrolment. Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act, you may ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you may withdraw consent to be contacted at any time.
